These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Greet Ninja (operated by Unicorn Vision, "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Greet Ninja, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms govern your use of Greet Ninja, including free trials, subscriptions, acceptable use, third-party integrations, and limitations of liability. Greet Ninja is a software service that helps businesses automate Instagram service enquiry replies, appointment booking, and lead management.

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

1. About the service

Greet Ninja is a SaaS platform operated by Unicorn Vision, designed for service-based businesses to help manage customer enquiries received through Instagram and related business workflows, including:

  • automated reply flows for inbound service enquiries
  • appointment booking workflows
  • lead management and status tracking

We may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To use Greet Ninja, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business
  • provide accurate account and billing information
  • use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies

If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information
  • keep your login credentials secure
  • promptly update your information if it changes
  • accept responsibility for activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

4. Free trial

We may offer a 14-day free trial to new users.

During the free trial:

  • you may access the service subject to these Terms
  • trial access may be limited to certain features or usage levels
  • we may end or modify the free trial offer at any time

At the end of the free trial, your account may convert to a paid subscription if you choose a paid plan.

5. Subscription plans and billing

We currently offer the following plans:

  • Monthly plan: $49 per month
  • Yearly plan: $499 per year

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees shown at the time of purchase.

You agree that:

  • subscription fees are billed in advance
  • recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
  • you are responsible for providing valid payment information
  • prices may be updated in the future, with reasonable notice for existing subscribers where required

Taxes, duties, or similar government charges may apply depending on your location and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel:

  • your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • you will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable

Refunds and billing corrections are handled by Paddle, our payment processor, in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Greet Ninja to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation
  • infringe the rights of others
  • send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications
  • engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
  • interfere with the performance, security, or integrity of the service
  • use the service in violation of Instagram, Meta, or other third-party platform rules

You are solely responsible for the content, messages, workflows, and business actions configured or sent through your account.

8. Third-party platforms and integrations

Greet Ninja may integrate with third-party services, including Instagram, Meta, payment providers, analytics tools, or scheduling tools.

You acknowledge that:

  • your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies
  • we do not control third-party platforms
  • third-party platforms may change, suspend, or restrict access at any time
  • some features of our service may be affected by those third-party changes

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.

9. Customer data and business responsibility

You retain responsibility for the customer and business data you submit or process through the service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to use and process that data
  • your use of the service complies with your privacy obligations to your customers
  • you will provide any required notices and obtain any required consents

You are responsible for reviewing automated reply flows, appointment workflows, and customer communications before using them in your business.

10. Intellectual property

Greet Ninja, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, workflows, and related materials, is owned by Unicorn Vision or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your subscription period in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service
  • remove proprietary notices
  • use our branding without written permission

11. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Greet Ninja, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

12. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You acknowledge that:

  • the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons
  • features may change over time
  • we may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greet Ninja is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement
  • uninterrupted or error-free performance

We do not guarantee that the service will produce any specific business result, number of leads, bookings, or revenue.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicorn Vision and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities.

Our total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us anything.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unicorn Vision and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the service
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • your customer communications, workflows, or business operations conducted through the service

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • you fail to pay applicable fees
  • your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
  • we are required to do so by law or platform restrictions

You may stop using the service at any time.

Upon termination:

  • your right to use the service ends
  • we may delete or disable access to your account and data in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law

17. Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the effective date, posting notice within the service, or using the email associated with your account.

Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
